Product Description Project

When I worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Zemola Company, besides handling customers' complaints, I also did jewelry product research, selected products, and wrote descriptions for them.

Giving soul to a product and turning it from a stale to a desirable object could not only be done by product design but also by product description. The way we describe a product can really make or break a sale. Hence, before starting the work, I spent so much time researching copywriting tips and advice as well as reading more to master my product description writing skills. I love playing with words and using my creativity to make our customers fall in love with the design and satisfy them emotionally and materially.

The project ended up with some of my products being selected to run ads, and I'm proud of what I have done so far. Below are some of the product descriptions I wrote, I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy working on them.
